We recently purchased our first home in Kaslo. The experience itself was more difficult then we had expected. We think the reason for that is that we had talked to people about their experiences in real estate and things generally seem to happen in a timely manner and with little difficulty. The deal itself took a little over 3 months. We believe the reason for the drawn out deal was because the sellers and their agent had communication issues and no respect for deadlines. We met every deadline with the help of Brady and his prompt customer service. Brady always got back to us in a timely fashion whether it was day, night, midweek, or weekend. We really appreciate the way he kept in contact with us throughout the whole deal. In regards to Brady’s attitude and professional manner, even at the most stressful times during the deal, he kept his cool and gave us great opinions. Brady was always friendly, and kept things positive during our communications with him. Whenever we met with Brady in person, he was always on time and prepared. Brady worked very hard for us in that if we had a question and he didn’t have an answer he always found one within a reasonable time frame. We would proudly recommend Brady to any of our friends and family and we would certainly use Brady on our next real estate venture.
